Ryan’s personal experience is uniquely suited to help address many aspects of dysfunction within the human body that are related to pain, posture, and performance.
Growing up Ryan participated in a variety of sports at the high school and collegiate levels. This involved arduous training methods but also fostered focus and discipline. He is no stranger to dealing with the limitations of pain and recovery.
Ryan identifies with many of his client’s struggles. Helping them to achieve results and lead a pain-free, active lifestyle is what fuels his passion.
Years of traditional physical training and active participation in sports took a toll on Ryan’s body. He suffered from a severe disc herniation that caused loss of feeling in one of his legs for two months until undergoing spinal surgery. Despite his surgical recovery, a lack of effective rehabilitative support led to a re-injury of the same disc just one year later.
Ryan embarked on a quest to relieve the pain he was living with daily and restore proper function to his body.
The necessity to heal himself propelled Ryan on a path of exploring many modalities in a search for answers and methods that would fully resolve the pain that was limiting his participation in, and enjoyment of, an active life.
